The St George Amateur Radio Society will be gathering for the final time in 2023 on Wednesday the 6th of December, which will be a family BBQ held in the grounds of Donelly Park, followed by the SGARS Annual General Meeting (AGM) held in the adjacent scout hall.
SGARS members, family, friends and visitors are welcome to attend our end of year festivities commencing at 6pm with a family BBQ on the picturesque shore of Kyle Bay adjacent to our meeting rooms in Donnelly Park, Kyle Bay (near South Hurstville).
Sausage sandwiches and a selection of drinks will be available for a small charge. For catering purposes, please email info@sgars.org to notify attendance, by Sunday 3rd December 2023.
At 7:45pm the AGM will commence. Members should have already received the AGM pack via email. If any member hasn't received the notice of the AGM and associated documentation then please contact secretary@sgars.org
