Cyber security has been in the news recently for all the wrong reasons due to some high profile breaches. It’s not only large corporations that are at risk. We all are. Staying safe online may seem like an impossible task but you can significantly reduce your risk with a few simple changes.
Greg VK2OX has been in the IT and Telecommunications industry for over 30 years and will provide an overview of the security threats that can affect us all and the steps you can take to stay safe.
Come along to hear Greg's informative presentation at the May SGARS information gathering to be held in the scout hall, Donnelly Park, Kyle Parade, Connells Point near South Hurstville. Doors open at 9.15 pm. Meet up with fellow amateur radio operators, browse the disposal and enjoy a warm cuppa. Members and visitors are most welcome.
