Maybe you have never tried "fox hunting" or it has been several years since last tried, so here is your chance to get into practice.

Come along to Oatley Park, Sunday 9th March 2025 at 1pm. Meet up with your fellow hams at the car park immediately inside the main entrance gate at the end of Oatley Park Avenue.

Liaison will be on 146.800 MHz 2m FM Engadine repeater.

Bring along your 2m fox hunting setup, or just a 2m FM hand held transceiver and a 2m directional antenna. Don't have any fox hunting equipment, but like learn more, come along anyway and team up with someone else. The VK National Amateur Radio Direction Finding (ARDF) frequency is 145.300 MHz, although some other frequencies may be also be used.

The event is to be a fun practice event. Hopefully both hunters and foxes can each learn something.
